- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We ask the customer to provide us with the details of the project. Mainly the date so we can check if we are available. Then we set up an appointment to talk about the project, answer any questions or concerns they might have, and we offer a contract for both our securities. We want our customers to know we care and we will provide the best service possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Everyone in our team us has over 6 years experience in photography and videography.
