About
I have practiced in Texas since 2002 and am Board Certified in Estate Planning and Probate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.
My firm focuses on helping clients with matters involving probating wills, estate planning, guardianships, real estate matters, and forming and representing small businesses.
I work hard to provide my clients professional and personalized service at fair and competitive prices. More often than not, after an initial meeting to discuss a client's needs, I am able to quote a flat fee for the services desired.

My aunt had a probate matter she was dealing with and wanted help. I connected her with this attorney for a consultation. He was patient, honest, and knowledgeable. Thank you, sir.

I consulted with Mr. Perrier on Will/Trust matters. Mr. Perrier, was truly very kind and patient explaining the various issues with a Will and/or a Trust. He could have charged me a high fee however offered a much less expensive alternative that accomplished the same goals as the more expensive option. I work with attorneys in my job and I believe Mr. Perrier is the best attorney I have ever encountered. This is a very good & honest man and I am fortunate to have been able to work with him.

Randall S. Perrier is very polite and friendly. I was impressed with Mr. Perrier's quick replies and a fair price for my appointment. I contacted over 10 lawyers and he was the best one. He did not try to use scare tactics to offer me services that I did not want. He was very clear about pricing and solution for my problem. He went step ahead to ensure that there no possible issue can occur in the future, which I appreciated. What was the most incredible to me is how it took him only 2 days (including the day that I messaged him) to have an appointment and help us to resolve our issue. I've had quite few experiences with lawyers and this was definitely one of the best ones! Thank you!

From Google
Randall Perrier is a very professional and extremely knowledgeable Board certified probate attorney. Mr. Perrier always quickly returned my calls and responded to my emails. His paralegal was also very responsive. Thankfully he charged a flat fee that was less than other firms I called; no hidden fees. I highly recommend him.
FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Generally, I meet with new to discuss the details of their specific situation and legal needs and am able to offer fair, transparent, flat-fee pricing for a majority of the services I provide.
Where the services that are needed cannot be offered on a flat-fee basis, I provide an engagement letter in which I detail the scope of work to be completed and the hourly rates charged by me and my staff.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The vast majority of new clients come into the office for our first meeting.
Where a new client's health prevents them from coming into the office, I will do what is necessary to meet with the client where they are located. Sometimes this means I meet with clients in their own homes, in hospital rooms, or in skilled nursing facilities.
I frequently do business with clients over the telephone for clients who are out of state or not from the Houston area.
