- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We a simple and transparent percentage based pricing, with no additional fees or mark-ups. For Full Scale Property management we charge a management fee of 15% of gross revenue. For online only management, we charge a management fee if 10% of gross revenue.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Before taking on your property, I like to physically visit the home to ensure the home is equipped with the necessities to operate as an efficient short term rental. If anything is missing I guide the customer on what is needed to become operational. Next we move on to onboarding, in which I get you onboarded to my management platforms. Once you are onboarded, you are all set. Just hand us the keys and watch the magic happen!

My clients come from a variety of backgrounds and professions ranging from engineers, real estate investors, foreign investors, teachers and more. What they all have in common is that they want to ensure their property is generating income at its full potential, while also having the piece of mind that the safety and integrity of their property is being maintained. My services allow my customers to be 100% hands off from the day to day burdens of managing an Airbnb or Short Term Rental, so that they can focus on their core responsibilities.
