I attended your resent presentation at the Caribbean Chamber of Commerce on 13 January 2017. Thank you so much for your relevant topic on Growth Development in Sales. While your topic was focused on "sales;" I could see a broad application of the content to other relevant areas of human and social relations within community affairs. You effectively used personal names, humor, data, visuals, examples, along with audience participation. You were quite personable and friendly in approach; and kept the attention of your participants throughout the presentation. Moreover, you did it all within time constraint.
