- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I deliver the number of photos that is required to cover the property sufficiently, exterior and interior. Pricing is determined mostly by square footage covered. I shoot, at this time still photos and only the best. General pricing is as follows: less than 1800 sq.ft $175 1801 to 3500 sq.ft $275 3501 to 5000 sq.ft. $475 5001 to 6500 sq.ft. $750 6500 to 10,000 sq.ft. $950 Twilight only $130, (up to 5 photos, and number of images depends on timing and available views in small window of time of the actual twilight, which is 15 minutes before and after sunset). As an add-on to regular shoot $100. Local Amenities (park, pool, community feature) add on $40, 2 for $55, 5 for $75. I request mileage compensation for properties farther than 40 miles or 80 miles roundtrip from the Galleria at ¢.585 per mile.
