Rios Home Exteriors was the only company to give my an estimate without an appointment. I received several bids and Rios was several thousands less. They threw in free ridge vent and new roof vents. They also installed my attic fan for free. in addition, they put in new vent pipes and painted them to match the roof. They used Certain Teed 30 year shingles. A lot of the roofs in our neighborhood have been replaced, and I have the best looking one. I highly recommend Rios Home Exteriors.

The Rios team did a great job on my roof. They also repaired my eaves with hardyboard for a reasonable price. I am glad I will not have to worry about any more rotting eaves and soffits. They worked around my schedule, too!

How's them re do roof and add a back porch. They did an amazing job, very professional and did an amazing job at a reasonable price. I would recommend Luis and his guys to anyone needing a roof or exterior work done.

This work was performed as part of my very first homeowners insurance claim. I was very pleased with how they took the time to explain the process and what I could expect. I actually got more information from them on the process than I did from my insurance company! The roof was completed ahead of schedule and I was very pleased with the quality of the work and the crew they provided. The work site was extremely clean when finished. I have nothing but positive things to say about the work they performed and highly recommend them. If I ever need another roof I will call them again.

Rios Home Exteriors did a great job on my roof replacement! Very professional, nice cleanup and quite a value compared to others that bid on my project. He's currently doing the house next door which is a testament to my neighbors seeing the quality and value Luis offers.
