R&J installed a beautiful Neuma sliding patio door at our League City home. Their price was competitive and the crew was very professional and courteous and did exceptional work. The door itself is incredibly solid and smooth and meets the requirements we need for our insurance in Galveston County and far outperforms what you find at the big box stores. Would definitely recommend R&J for your home improvement needs!

Joe Kittle with R&J and his crew replaced my shingles. They did an excellent job. They were extra careful not to damage my A/C condensers, pool equipment and the even plants. They replaced a rotten roof panel, outlooker and rotten facia board. They added flashing to a couple of problem areas. They arrived when they said they would and completed the work in one day just like they promised. I have been in the attic while it was raining a couple of times since the work was done and couldnt find any leaks. Joe was very responsive to all of my questions. He provided the shingle specs so I could get a reduction in my homeowners insurance. I highly recommend Joe and his team.

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our windows are custom made to fit to you home. All consultations & quotes are free of charge. We offer discounts to Military, Vets, First Responders & Teachers.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a customer contacts up for window replacement, we set an appointment to visit you home. At that appointment we can discuss your goals and budget. We measure each of you windows and will generally have a firm quote emailed to you within 24-48 hours. Once you choose to purchase our windows, and we have a contract in place, one of our installation supervisors will visit your home and measure again (measure twice/cut once) to confirm all dimensions for a perfect fit. We then place the order for your windows. Most have a 2-3 week lead time. Once we have the windows, we will schedule installation, usually within a few days. Most installations take 2-3 days depending on sizes and quantity.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have received product training from our various window & door manufacturers. Our installation crew leaders have over 15 years experience.
