- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our windows are custom made to fit to you home. All consultations & quotes are free of charge. We offer discounts to Military, Vets, First Responders & Teachers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a customer contacts up for window replacement, we set an appointment to visit you home. At that appointment we can discuss your goals and budget. We measure each of you windows and will generally have a firm quote emailed to you within 24-48 hours. Once you choose to purchase our windows, and we have a contract in place, one of our installation supervisors will visit your home and measure again (measure twice/cut once) to confirm all dimensions for a perfect fit. We then place the order for your windows. Most have a 2-3 week lead time. Once we have the windows, we will schedule installation, usually within a few days. Most installations take 2-3 days depending on sizes and quantity.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have received product training from our various window & door manufacturers. Our installation crew leaders have over 15 years experience.
