- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At CCTXV Cameras Solution, we believe in total transparency. Our pricing is competitive and fair, ensuring there are no hidden fees or "surprises" at the end of the project. We also offer special discounts which we can discuss during your initial quote. My goal is to provide a high-tech security solution that fits your budget without compromising on quality or safety.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It all starts with clear communication. I listen to your specific security or installation needs to design a custom solution. Once we agree on the plan, I perform the installation with maximum cleanliness and attention to detail. I don’t leave the site until you are 100% comfortable and know exactly how to operate your new equipment, whether it’s a camera system, access control, or a newly mounted TV.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have deep technical expertise in both IP and Analog security systems, as well as structured cabling and network configuration.
