- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No. Every family, every floor plan is unique so standard pricing doesn't work. If you ask for a quote on a camera system and someone provides you a flat rate without inspecting your attic or asking you what floor your router is on, or asking if you have any special needs children or adults in the family or about your pets, then that guy has no idea what he's talking about. The same goes for your security system.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I ask several questions about the purpose of the alarm or camera system. Every family and every floor plan is unique. I custom tailor a system designed to best suit my customers lifestyle and budget.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed manager, alarm salesman, alarm installer, locksmith, and armed guard. In other words if it's security related I'm the guy to talk to. Most providers carry only 1-2 of these licenses. I invested the time to be a fully licensed and insured private security contractor.
