Client Needs: 24/7 coverage, short-term assignments, overnight shifts, or custom staffing. Location: Urban vs. rural sites, travel requirements, and high-risk zones. Industry Requirements: Certain industries such as construction, healthcare, or logistics may require specialized training or certifications. Typical Fee Ranges Unarmed Security Officers: Starting at $23–$30 per hour Armed Security Officers: Starting at $28–$40 per hour Mobile Patrol Services: Based on frequency and coverage area; starting as low as $57 per day. Surveillance & Remote Monitoring: Monthly packages tailored to your property and camera system We offer volume discounts for long-term contracts and multiple-post locations. We examine entry points, lighting, blind spots, existing systems, and any special considerations (e.g., access control, visitor traffic, sensitive areas). 3. Custom Proposal & Quote Based on your needs, we provide a detailed security plan and quote outlining: Recommended staffing levels (armed/unarmed) Patrol frequency or post assignments Technology integration (if applicable) Pricing and service terms Everything is built around your goals, compliance needs, and budget. 4. Agreement & Onboarding Once the proposal is approved, we finalize the service agreement. Our onboarding process includes: Site-specific post orders and procedures Supervisor and officer orientation Setup of reporting and communication protocols We also assign a dedicated account manager to ensure ongoing communication. 5.
