Great experience. The technician was very friendly, thorough, and clearly knew what he was doing. He quickly diagnosed the issue (a faulty solenoid), explained it in a way that made sense, and fixed it efficiently. Everything was handled professionally and without any upselling. I really appreciated how knowledgeable and easy to work with he was. I’d absolutely use him again and would recommend him to anyone needing sprinkler or irrigation repairs.

Update: Joe returned and discovered I had a new problem with a major leak underground not related to the work previously done. He then repaired the leak and tested my system finding that my controller was not working properly and needed to be replaced. I am grateful for his knowledge of all things irrigation and am now happy to give this final 5 star review. I am still having problems with my system. Joe, the very nice serviceman lives in Conroe and I believe that is part of the problem. He has returned one time very late in the day. It is not my fault he accepted a job so far from home. I do have a six- month guarantee on his work, but I need the problem solved now. I will not be giving a recommendation until the work is completed to my satisfaction.
