Josh, one of their technicians, showed up the same day as I requested the service, even though he had to work late- getting to us at 7:00 PM!My issue was a leak in my sprinkler system, which quickly diagnosed and fixed, while answering all my questions.He was prompt, curious, and knowledgeable on all counts.Highly recommend this young man!

Michael and Derrick were my Service Techs from Simply Sprinkler of TX in the Dallas, TX Ofc. They were professional and knew the Rachio System. My new system was updated, programmed and techs answered my many questions. Also, I had a bad water valve and they were able to replacer it. I waited until today to write my review. My system ran properly this morning, which is Great.
