FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is fair, transparent, and tailored to your specific landscaping or irrigation needs. Every task is different, so we base our estimates on the scope of work that is going to be performed. We’re upfront about costs — no hidden fees, ever — and we work with you to find options that fit your vision and budget. Our goal is to provide great value, reliable service, and results you’ll love.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we start working with a new customer, our first priority is understanding their goals and expectations. We take the time to listen carefully, discuss the details of the task, and answer any questions they may have. Once we’ve outlined the scope of work, we provide a clear plan and transparent estimate so there are no surprises. Throughout the process, we maintain open communication, keep clients updated on progress, and make sure they’re completely satisfied with the results. Our goal is to deliver quality work, build trust, and create a positive experience from start to finish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over eight years of hands-on experience in the irrigation industry, starting as an apprentice and progressing to managing complete system installations, troubleshooting, and service work. My education and training include attending multiple professional workshops in Virginia, Washington D.C., Houston, and Dallas, where I learned the latest irrigation techniques and industry standards. Then leading to running my own business. In addition to in-person workshops, I have completed online training courses with leading irrigation manufacturers such as Rain Bird, Hunter, Baseline, and WeatherTrak. These programs have enhanced my technical knowledge of system design, installation, and maintenance best practices. Through extensive field experience, I’ve developed strong practical skills—working on new installations, diagnosing wiring issues, and repairing all types of PVC piping ranging from ¼" to 8". I take great pride in performing every job to a professional standard, ensuring quality, efficiency, and long-lasting results.
