- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I provide free consultation through a brief interview for fact-finding. From there, we can determine the complexity of the tax return. My base price does not include the eFiling or doc fees. The price can be customized in order to fit your budget on a case-by-case basis.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process for working with a new customer is a telephone interview to assess the clients' need. Zoom meetings if necessary. Upon agreed services, I will provide client with a engagement letter. I use encrypted portals to upload confidential information. From there, I will begin completing work accordingly.
