Omg I don't know where to begin In terms of Rose professionalism and Level of skill set she literally removed a huge burden off my shoulders reason being I have not filed taxes in a few years lol 9 to be exact I got in into a small tax problem years back and it just snow balled from there what literally took me nine years to create she fixed it in a few short days I recommend her services to Anyone that needs Help fixing a bad situation or just the regular and responsible individuals who file before April 15 Trust me you won’t be disappointed and you may walk away with a new friend She’s a Angel actually my Guardian Angel in flesh cause she certainly saved me

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I provide free consultation through a brief interview for fact-finding. From there, we can determine the complexity of the tax return. My base price does not include the eFiling or doc fees.
The price can be customized in order to fit your budget on a case-by-case basis.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process for working with a new customer is a telephone interview to assess the clients' need. Zoom meetings if necessary. Upon agreed services, I will provide client with a engagement letter. I use encrypted portals to upload confidential information. From there, I will begin completing work accordingly.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bachelor Degree (Business Administration with emphasis in Accounting) from Grand View College, Des Moines, Iowa
Masters Degree (MBA Accounting) from University of Phoenix
