What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a base fee I charge. I do discounts weekly.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I don't ask for any personal information such as social until you are ready to commit. I do free estimates, once your ready to commit, documentation will be signed. You will receive copies of your federal and state as well as invoice of fees and break down.
