Last year I hired Tax and Business Solutuions to do my NICRUT tax return, which is complicated with several forms. Blaga, of Tax and Business Solutions, did the return, answered my questions so I could understand more. This year, from what I learned from Blaga, I did my return in her format and asked her to review it. She did it quickly and because of how much I had learned, it was easy to review. She said it was fine and did not charge me for her review. I 5-star recommend Blaga and Tax and Business Solutions.

Blaga Veleva was wonderful. It was such a relief to find her because I had 5 years of tax returns to file and I was concerned about finding someone that would take the time to be very thorough with all of it. I have never been behind like this in the past having always filed every year. I have always used a CPA and they all handed me my return and basically left me to call back if I had any questions. Not only was Blaga very thorough with each return but she told me that we would go through each one to be sure everything was accurate and that nothing was missed. When we made the appointment for me to pick up the returns she spent 4 hours with me going over each return tweeking anything that could be tweaked as we went along. I recommend Tax And Business Solutions to anyone who cares about the accuracy of their returns.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a standard pricing system. our bookkeeping price is dependent on
1.Type of entity (sole proprietor, partnership, corporation etc.)
2. Number of transactions
3.Complexity of accounting
4. Ability to pay
Regarding tax preparation, our pricing is based on the forms being prepared. We offer bundle deals for clients who use us for multiple services (ex. bookkeeping + tax preparation.)
We work well with any budget, and our fees are negotiable.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We want every new client to know they in good hands. The first step is always an initial meeting where the client can explain their needs. During this meeting we will negotiate the scope of the project(s) and the price. Afterwards, an engagement letter will be signed, and once signed we will start to work. This process usually takes 2-3 days (at most.)
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold Masters Degree in Accounting from Sam Houston State University and an MBA. I have been the controller of five different companies in 5 different industries, and am licensed and certified by the IRS as a tax expert.
I have the right to represent tax payers before the IRS.
