- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Fees are based upon the forms needed to complete the return and vary based on the complexity starting at $300 for a simple return with a w-2 and itemized deductions.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to interview our clients to make sure we’re the perfect fit for the job. During our interview I briefly introduce myself, identify the clients tax needs or concerns, gather pertinent information, and explain how we can help with their tax situation along with the engagement process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I currently hold an AFSP designation with the IRS. I enroll in over 18 IRS approved CE credit hours annually to maintain my AFSP designation and stay current with tax laws and changes.
