- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer different options for pricing depending on the level of service required. We offer a variety of packages and a la carte pricing for our services. Pricing is available on our website or provided per email request.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We want to make sure that we are a great fit for your business and what you are looking. Our first step is to begin a free 30 minute introduction meeting via Google Meets or phone call. This meeting involves learning more about your business, what type of assistance that you may need, and an explanation of what our company can do for you. From there, we follow up with information on what services we can provide, the pricing, and when we suggest for you to start. Once you agree to hire us for service, we send an engagement letter and start the process!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Taylor and Vonida are both licensed CPAs in Texas and have a combined 20 years of public accounting and tax experience. This experience comes from big 4 and middle market public accounting firms and local industry firms.
