I found Zielle to be very helpful in my tax return preparation. He answered my questions proficiently and even gave me kind words when I let him know that I was a newly surviving spouse and new widow. Only death and taxes are guaranteed in this life and as painful as it is to lose a loved one, at least when I’m doing my taxes, he was kind enough to make me feel better through a process that I am unsure of. I felt very safe with him. He also made it as painless as possible by being up to par with technology and using the most standard up-to-date technical software so all you have to do is drag and drop documents in a secure dropbox. I liked it so much better than having to mail everything in, get in my car and go down to an office. Everything was done online and on the phone and the payment was easy too. Apple Pay one and done! I would definitely recommend him!
