- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, I begin with an initial consultation to understand their goals, experience level, and any specific areas they want to improve. Next, I conduct a skills assessment to tailor a personalized training plan. Throughout our sessions, I focus on building a strong foundation, enhancing technique, and ensuring continuous progress. I provide regular feedback, adjust strategies as needed, and maintain open communication to ensure the best possible results. My goal is to help each customer reach their full potential in a supportive and motivating environment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started playing tennis at the age of 12 and earned a tennis scholarship for college. I have played in state and international professional tournaments, gaining extensive competitive experience. For over 20 years, I have been coaching tennis, offering both private 1-on-1 and semi-private lessons. My background combines formal education, competitive play, and two decades of coaching expertise.
