Introduction: Traditional consultations and seminars focus on out dated food pyramid logic and encourage food-restrictive behaviors. I teach patients how to eat in abundance using food-as-medicine approaches and outside the box methods to reach their health goals. I work with patients on weight loss strategies, coping with and healing chronic illnesses (working with existing medicinal approaches or nutrition aid alone) using food-as-medicine approaches and meal planning & efficiency. As a certified personal trainer I also incorporate fitness, yoga and meditation techniques and aids in my session.
