Very responsive and made sure to follow up and get the cleaning done. While 80% of the apartment was cleaned, i will have to go back and wipe down the washer and dryer, clean the floors in the washer room, and clean out the drawers in the bathroom before i can move out. I appreciate the work she did but do feel everything should have at least been checked and wiped down. I have a 1bedroom/1bath apartment that was completely empty so i felt there shouldn’t have been anything missed. However, the kitchen looked spotless. The fridge/oven/microwave looked brand new. If you use this company - my best advice is to specify everything you want on the front end so nothing is missed. I assumed everything would’ve been wiped down but i think if you make it known before they come they will pay better attention

Move out clean was excellent. Especially considering how dusty and cluttered the house was. She did a marvelous job! Only missed one bathroom closet but when I say I'm just fine with that do to the conditions, it was a job very well done!
