FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We are a small, relationship-based company. Many of our clients already have an idea of what they desire but for those that don't our team can help create the vision that you desire. Start with all the information. Break down the phases of project development, when it begins and when it ends, how and when to contact you, the requirements to start working, the payment method, a clear definition of the responsibilities of both parties, etc
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
The advice I would give to a customer is to give great detail to the contractor in advance. Costs will change based on what looks like the smallest thing to the owner but it may be a long, time-consuming endeavor for the contractor. You don't want to be taken back by a secondary quote for additional projects not included in the original scope of work.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
What is the square footage of the work space? What will be affected by this change to my property? What is my budget for the job? What is my time frame for the job?
