Showed up 2 days late for a quote. I specifically stated I didn't want my tree cut for another 2 weeks if they were not going to haul away the limbs because I wanted to wait for heavy trash. They assured me they would be back the next day with a trailer to pick them up, well they never showed. Ignored my message and left me to clean up their mess. I had to drag the large, heavy limbs to my backyard and place a big pile out by my curb. So now this pile of limbs will sit in my front yard for 2 weeks until heavy trash which will prompt not only an HOA fine but probably kill my grass. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Save your money and actually work with people who will do the job they say they are going to do.Just taking advantage of people.

we have been in contact.John Duncan was the man that came and did this job he was the one that has the Stihl tattoo on his neck he is no longer with us we have new management that will be coming to clean up his mess. This will never be an issue in the future.
