- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do our very best to provide our customers with the best value. We believe we achieve this by making sure our techs are properly trained and protecting our customers with the proper insurance. We offer discounts on multiple TV Installations of 3+ and to our first responders and military customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We highly encourage anyone to give us a call and speak with a certified professional. We don't bite and we offer the most comprehensive, unbiased advice about your setup. A personalized approach will allow us to make sure you get exactly what you want out of your project. We are usually able to offer a solution by the end of our conversation, but for a more elaborate system, we would have a technician come out and do a walk thru with you. A very detailed quote is sent out for approval shortly after and work is performed to our high quality standards.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our technicians undergo training in their specialized fields and are required to undergo training when a new line of product comes out from our distributors.
