- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
3 simple steps Get guest count and timings of the event. We then survey the location and come up with routes to and from the parking lots. We inform the client of his/her option based on the survey. We then book/ confirm our services for the date.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our company goes through a 6 week valet parking Pro of America course offered to each valet that is hired. For the first 6 weeks of being hired each attendant is required to study and pass an exam offered at the end of the 6 weeks. Includes but not limited to appearance, driving habits, punctuality, and safety protocols.
