- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Contact the client via email, website, telephone, or text. The client works with us. Sales Representative confirms order & emails terms of service (TOS) Customer Care emails Product(s) Questionnaire(s) after receiving TOS Client completes questionnaire(s) & return to us; reviews phone agenda The initial draft submitted to the client Revisions of an initial draft must be in writing and we limit each round of changes to a single email The client receives the modified and final draft within 2 days 48-hour review - clients should respond with approval of final documents via email We complete the order in 10-15 business days unless expedited Customer Care confirms shipping address, coordinates payment and/or shipping information, prints final copies and mail to client
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We provide resources, tips, educational support, webinar training, and one-on-one coaching. We are an online nationwide service company based in Texas and Florida. All client meetings and one-on-one coaching sessions are convenient via Telephone, Skype, Zoom, GoToMeeting and other Video Conferencing platforms. We also provide services such as Step-by-Step Guides on How to Start a Nonprofit, Free Sponsorship Program for new nonprofits, and other eBooks or downloadable training tools available on our website. We can complete your 501 C 3 Application & file it with the IRS, as well as grant research and writing, providing social media tips, and online marketing specific to nonprofits, marketing materials, and website design services.
