- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
AMT's pricing is customized to fit each client's specific needs. We offer flexible payment options and are happy to work with you to find a solution that fits your budget. We are transparent about our pricing and will provide a detailed quote before beginning any work. For software solutions, we do not have a contract, AMT & it's solutions work month to month to earn your business! You are not locked it - if you don't see the value, cancel anytime.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
You will meet with AMT for a Discovery Call to discuss what you want to accomplish if it is in our scope of services, GREAT, if not - we won't waste your time. After the Discovery Call, AMT will provide you with a solution package tailored to your needs (timing depends on solution complexity, usually in less than 48 hours). You will then discuss the solution & investment in an Intro Call/Mtg. Once you are happy with the plan we document it in a Service agreement, then move forward and execute!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
When you sign up for our software there are training videos that you will receive showing you how to use it. There's also virtual or onsite training that is available as part of the initial Setup. What's the point of a really great solution if you don't know how to use it???
