- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I begin with an initial consultation to understand your needs and goals. From there, I create a detailed project proposal outlining the scope, timeline, and cost. Throughout the design phase, I maintain open communication, seeking your feedback and incorporating it into the iterations. I work diligently to bring your vision to life while ensuring the design aligns with your brand identity. We review and revise until you are satisfied, and upon approval, I finalize the design and deliver the assets in the required formats. I also provide post-project support to address any questions or concerns, aiming for a long-term partnership.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a degree in Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) in Graphic Design, where I gained knowledge in design principles, color theory, typography, and visual communication. I have also completed professional courses and obtained certifications in web design, UX, graphic design software, and front-end development to stay updated with industry trends. Alongside my formal education, I have practical experience working on real-world design projects, refining my skills and understanding client needs. I prioritize continuous learning through self-study, research, and attending design-related events, allowing me to embrace new tools and techniques and provide enhanced value to my clients.
