- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on the scope, a basic site is different from a custom build with SEO and automation built in. I don't do hourly; I do project-based pricing so you always know what you're getting. No surprise invoices. Most website projects start around $1,500 and go up from there depending on complexity
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a quick call to understand your business and what's not working. From there I put together a simple scope and price, no 30-page proposals. Once we're aligned, I handle everything: design, development, content, launch. I keep you updated throughout and don't disappear on you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bachelors in Computer Science from Houston Community College, but honestly most of what I know I taught myself by building real projects for real businesses. I've been doing this since 2018 and have worked with 30+ companies across construction, roofing, landscaping, logistics, and more.
