- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
•Virtual Assistance/Business Management is packaged into a per-month cost, ranging in price dependent on the number of hours needed (starting with a 12 hour minimum). •Other items ranging from monthly social media graphics, long-term projects or PR retainers may be charged on a per-month basis, depending on needs. •All other offerings are customized to the client's specific needs and are quoted based on scope, difficulty and/or time requirements. •Discounts will be determined on a case-by-case basis based on length of projects, potential for repeat business and referrals.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
•Initial Consultation - We like to hop on a phone call (or video call) to get to know a potential client and their business. It's important that we learn what they're looking for, expectations they may have, timelines, etc to see if we are a good fit. •Proposal/Quote Sent - If we are a good fit, we will begin working on a proposal/quote that will be sent to the client to review. •Follow-Up Call - This isn't always necessary, but we are happy to re-connect with the client to go over the proposal/quote sent and answer any lingering questions they may have. •Contract & Deposit - Once the client has signed off on the proposal/quote (additional revisions may be made), a contract will be generated, along with a payment schedule. The contract must be signed and the agreed upon deposit must be paid BEFORE we begin any work. •New Client Questionnaire - Depending on the type of work we are doing for the client, a questionnaire will be sent to them to capture more information that we may need to get going with their project.
