I had a relatively young desktop (only a few months old) which started having malware issues and became unbearably slow. Taylor called me back on the same day, came and picked it up from my home, and had it back to me the following day with no pproblems at all.

Giant Robot It is based in Texas and I live in Virginia, so there is a timezone gap to consider. even so he was always quick to respond to any questions I had regarding various PC parts as he was building a gaming PC rig for me. I was always told about warranties if any were available, he built the PC and shipped it to me. It came shipped safely as well, the shipping box was in another shipping box and well padded with some foam and packing tape.
Overall very timely in responses, knowledgeable, and professional
