- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It’s competitive and we travel all over to complete. notarizations. We include courier services and it must be stipulated in email and via text message the details of courier service. It will be quoted according to time, distance and availability.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Phone call and introduction. I also give a first time discount if they agree to use me as their preferred notary.
