FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All of our fees for estate planning are one-time flat fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Your first step is to schedule your initial strategy session. A member of our team will meet with you, determine the best course of action based on your personal goals and needs, and then move on to step two: the design meeting. The design meeting is where you will discuss the details of how your plan will be drafted by your attorney. Once the design meeting is complete, we begin drafting your documents and send them for your review once complete. Once you have reviewed your documents we will schedule a signing ceremony to complete your estate planning endeavor!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our attorneys are members of the State Bar of Texas. Many of our attorneys are affiliated with the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA).
