Rose, was very easy to work with. She understood my circumstances and was able to produce the documents I needed for my end of life planning. Rose was quick in drawing up the documents I needed. Her communication with me was excellent and her process for drafting, signing and obtaining the documents was very easy. It was a pleasure to work with Rose, she is professional and empathetic. I have known Glenda for a couple of years, and she has been incredibly helpful with assisting with the legal needs of my children and emerging adulthood. She has worked with my young adult children to help them with power of attorney as well as supported decision making paperwork. She continues to assist and send information to me specific to Special Needs Trusts on her own time. She makes sure to take the time to get everything right the first time, and that she takes the time to explain everything too. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Discounts for bulk jobs (such as drafting estate plans for a couple, setting up two LLCs, mediating a multiple party settlement agreement, or a multi-document deal).
Initial consult time is free if you sign up with us for the job, or if its determined you don't actually require my service--we will tell you if you can get by without us.
ATTN: Prices have increased due to inflation.
Prices are by the hour for most jobs, and different jobs may have different prices (generally $295/hr and up).
I delegate work to my non-legal staff as possible to keep costs down, as staff rates are $95/hr and up.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We're 100% remote and mobile in this pandemic, so every case starts out with an email, txt or phone conversation.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Traditional law school and private legal practice experience.
