Big house in Galveston TX, New second level deck with patio cover, converted large closet into restroom with
vanity,commode, and stand up shower, and new plumbing throughout the house with new drain pipe and
new pex pipe. Bruce was very easy going and this is his third airbnb home.

Robert and his crew came and installed a new flat rolled roof and replaced ceiling drywall that had damage from the old leaky roof. The new roof is leak free and the new drywall looks great! I was pleased with the work and Robert's crew was courteous. Will contact Robert for future projects.

I had gutters installed on my home by Claudio. Excellent customer service by all involved, great communication and reasonable price. The finished project met my expectations well enough. However, I was disappointed with the quality of the clean-up. Three weeks later I am still finding nails and screws (more than 30 so far, even though I specifically mentioned my concerns about this) on my porch, in the flower beds, and in my swimming pool. I also continue to find debris from the initial demolition process, and other trash left by the crew. One of the lighting globes on one of the ceiling fans was almost completely full of water the morning after the install (no rain overnight). How does that happen? I would actually rate the process at 3 1/2 stars but didn’t have the option.

Sorry she feels this way about the clean up but we were rained out with heavy rain 3 days in one week, we could not clean up one day due to rain out, she did mention about the nails and we picked up every nail on the patio
and walked the yard with a roller magnet, the day we finished i couldn't find one nail or screw, not to say that we didn't miss a few maybe in the mulch or high grass with all the rain, customer didn't know when it was raining at her home, i had to keep her informed, this is the first that i have heard anything about water in light globe?
