Introduction: For group or private yoga lessons, I will provide a level-appropriate experience for all participants that will result in a healthier and happier outlook on life. I teach mainly Pralaya (a combo of Hatha and Iyengar) and Vinyasa yoga. Both have a focus on healing and rehabilitation. My goal is to create a practice for you that you will be able to do throughout your life. Yoga is meant for healing, exercise and weight loss follow the healing due to increased energy and body awareness. Acting lessons: I have taught acting, singing, dancing, directing, and everything behind-the-scenes for the past 22 years. I am open to any format, from individual lessons to prepare for an audition to full productions in after school programs. I have worked with students from 4 years old and up. I would be honored to help you refine your craft. Spanish Tutoring: I am fluent in Spanish, have studied in Spain, and I have taught levels 1-4 in high school and middle school for the past 15 years. I am well-versed in most textbooks and different modalities of teaching. I specialize in gifted students and students with learning disabilities, especially those learning it as a second language. Tarot Readings: I use Oracle cards, Tarot cards, my Pendulum, Ogham, and direct connection to my Spirit guides to provide spiritual and practical guidance. I also provide Reiki and Pranic energetic healing and intuitive yoga asana readings.
