Tarot Readings: I use Oracle cards, Tarot cards, my Pendulum, Ogham, and direct connection to my Spirit guides to provide spiritual and practical guidance. I also provide Reiki and Pranic energetic healing and intuitive yoga asana readings. For group or private yoga lessons, I will provide a level-appropriate experience for all participants that will result in a healthier and happier outlook on life. I teach mainly Pralaya (a combo of Hatha and Iyengar), Hatha, and Vinyasa yoga. Both have a focus on healing and rehabilitation. My goal is to create a practice for you that you will be able to do throughout your life. Yoga is meant for healing, exercise and weight loss follow the healing due to increased energy and body awareness. I have worked with all age groups, from infant to 70+ and can modify where needed. Add-on Services I offer are Aromatherapy and Sound Baths with crystal and Tibetan singing bowls. Energetic Healing: I am a Reiki Master and Pranic healing practitioner. I use my own interpretation of these modalities combined with crystals/minerals, aromatherapy, and sound healing to provide an immersive healing experience that opens energetic channels and removes blockages. This causes the energy in the body to flow freely and effectively, alleviating feelings of stress and stagnation that can cause many issues that manifest both physically and mentally. By no means is this meant to replace traditional medical treatment, nor is it a cure for anything. It is a complementary therapy that can increase healing time and allow traditional medicine modalities to work with ease.
