- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge premium prices for premium work performed. We will not charge you for things that you don’t need. As the saying goes “you get what you pay for”
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Get to the home, introduce myself, ask about the equipment that they are calling about, find out what’s wrong, explain what has failed or went wrong, then proceed to repair the equipment in a timely manner once they are up to date with what’s needed and the repair quote. Repair the equipment, and gain a new client, and friend.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We stay up-to-date with factory trainings annually on new products and equipment that are coming out on the market.
