My fees are a lot lower than others. I prefer cash or Venmo transfers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I am professional, technical and honest. I would like to have my customers call me first, explain the issue that is going on and then hear me out on what I can do to resolve the issue.

I have a B.B.A is Computer Information Systems. I have an 18 year experience working in the Tech Support/Help Desk/Desktop Support industry. I have worked for many Fortune 500 companies in my time.
