- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If the project we take on is only a one day project, we collect upon completion of the project for labor and materials; but if it is a project that will take days, we collect half of the total amount at the end of the first day and the rest when completed. We offer a %15 senior discount for customers 65 and up. Our cancellation fee is $50.00, should the customer not advise us of cancellation within 24 hrs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is very simple, we receive the lead, and e mail the customer with an estimate based on the information provided, should there not be enough information we schedule a rep for a call or visit. Once price is discussed and agreed we proceed to do the work on days and times available for the customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold an nccer license in carpentry, certificate for advanced blue print reading, Osha training, supervision certificate, gun licenses and aerial equipment; I was trained by the best drywall company in all of texas, and trained while I worked for them the name of the company is MBS and would like for our company to grow as big and have the same dedication towards its employees and customers to provide the best possible outcome on every project!
