I spoke to Jesse in regards to simple bathroom project. He informed and showed me multiple kinds of tile for the back splash. In the end I loved the work he did, and the best part is he didn’t take more than two days to start and finish. Once again thank you!

Jesse did an amazing job with my ceiling after there was a leak and ceiling caved in. He fixed my ceiling and did some kitchen remodeling for me.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We understand that customers want upfront prices, but every project in itself is unique. That is why we need to inspect the site before we can give a quote.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initially we like to schedule an appointment via text or thru a phone call. Next we do an onsite inspection where we take pictures and measurements and notes so that we can provide a verbal estimate at that time. If the customer would like to proceed we provide a written proposal/contract.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
It's a family business passed thru generations.
