As the owner, I have 24 years of construction experience and 15 of those years have been remodeling homes around Houston & the surrounding areas. All jobs come with a detailed payment schedule alleviating any guesswork on payments with no money due till the day the job starts. (ALL CUSTOMER REFERRALS GET 1.5% OF A TOTAL JOB SOLD example: 30k job will get $450 as a referral fee once a job starts) Like wise all repeat customers will get 5% off there next job that stacks up to a max cap of 10% off by the 3rd project. we want to be your go-to for all of your remodeling needs and believe in giving back to our loyal customers. ADDITIONALY: military vets, active military, Fire department, Police, Nurses and Dr's with credentials get 5% discount we believe in those who fight for our freedoms and liberties and those who take care of our people. I am so beyond happy that I chose Mythic Remodeling to do my project. We remodeled our kitchen, master bathroom, and had the flooring throughout the whole house changed. Very helpful in the overall design and willing to answer all my insane questions from start to finish. It made things easy that we could be home or not home and the work still continued to move forward. It was a very pleasant experience and I could not be happier with the end result. Its everything I wanted and more. I look forward to working with Mythic Remodeling in the future for my other projects to come. Definitely recommending to family and friends.

I had my entire kitchen remodeled. Mythic remodeling was easy to work with answering any questions that came up along the way. They had me buy my own tile flooring, backsplash and pendant lights saving me money where possible. They recommended a painter further saving me money. Josh said what the painter would charge he would have to add overhead onto if his company did the work and he wanted to be fair and save me money which I really appreciated because let's face it Remodeling isn't cheap. Will be recommending them in the future and using them for new projects.

FAQs

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All estimates are lump sum pricing, the price given is the total price the only way the price will change is if you the customer change the project. A change order will be made we both sign to show an increase or decrease in the job cost accordingly. I do offer discounts and referral fees which are detailed out on my profile.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We setup a free estimate, I come out get all the info needed often I am able to work up the estimate while i am there that day and give you the price for things such as kitchens, bathrooms etc. without having to come back for further visits. Though some project require multiple visits to get all info needed to compile the estimate. If I'm not able to give you the price while I'm there on the first visit I will setup a follow up visit to come back and go over the estimate to make sure were both on the same page.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Certified Renovator with the state of Texas allowing me to work on homes built before 1978 which can contain lead based paint that is harmful to humans and can poisoning.
