The installer they send did not take pride in a finish product. The first mishap he but the dry to far down and didn’t attempt to fix it unti I pointed it out. Second my theater he left a hole around the speakers. I have pictures attached. I reached out to the owner he asked he pictures not an apology nothing. The price was ok but I guess you get what you paid for. If they did awesome work for others that was not my experience.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Although we do take meetings over the phone. We strongly recommend an in home consultation so we can help customize the system to your needs. So assuming we can arrange an in home meeting we can investigate and show you all the available options based on what you describe you want. For installation we can break break the installation into a few phases however our technicians are so efficient that a typical install only averages 1 to 2 days.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Sales as well as install carries Licensing though Control4, our recommended automation brand. Sales people are even required to carry the associate installer license before being allowed to sell just so we ensure they are building the proper system to work in your home. Installers carry the Associate installer license as well as the Control4 Automation Programmer Certificate. Making them as qualified as possible to install and program the system to fit your needs.
