Mr. Balzamar re-roofed our house last year. His crew did an amazing job! Our house has a very difficult roof to replace, and he handled it expertly and on-time. Since then, we have asked Mr. Balzamar to do 5 separate projects for updating our home. We did all lamenant flooring in our 2400sqft home - and it looks fantastic! We also remodeled the kitchen - my wife's vision came true working with Balzamar Roofing & Construction! Thank you Pablo!

I’ve used these guys for multiple jobs. such as putting on a new roof, repairing facial boards, staining the entire house, fixing hole in sheet rock, repairing a door to a pantry and many other Lil odd jobs. No job is to big or to small for these guys. The Thing I really like about these guys is they stand behind the work they do. If your not completely satisfied with any part of the job they will fix it. And will not leave until you are satisfied. And lastly they are just good people who you can trust around your home and family. One more thing they are very knowledgeable when it comes to explaining what needs to happen to fix your issue, explaining the different that will be taken in order to get it fixed.

Mr. Pablo did a great job installing my tile. He took his time and made sure everything looked good before he left. He also gives you advice on how to maintain your tile. He also told me he was going to arrive at 8am but arrive 15 minutes early and went straight to work. You can tell that he puts his customers first. I will most definitely hire him again for my next project.
