Job: Install T1-11 siding and trim on patio cover. Prime and paint siding. Experience: I hired Francisco to do this job. He brought a helper with him and started on the promised date. Work was completed on time. He does good quality work at a reasonable price. He did not have a problem taking instructional details from me and completed all work to my satisfaction. Some extra work came up during the course of siding installation and he did what was needed to be done to complete the job correctly without trying to nickel and dime me to death. I plan to hire him in the near future for some other projects at my residence. Above all, he has a positive attitude and good work ethic. I would readily recommend him to my friends and neighbors.
