- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Art and design: My rate typically ranges from $25-40/hr plus supplies for art and design projects. I provide a bid for the project once I know the full extent of the work and time to complete the design. The supplies are added to that amount. For organizing projects, my rate is $45/hr for 1 organizer and $85/hr for 2 organizers. I charge $25/hr for shopping. This includes online shopping. Please be aware that I have a 4 HR MINIMUM. In addition, a $50 deposit is required at booking to hold your spot on my calendar. This amount is deducted on the first day of work and is non refundable if cancellation or rescheduling occurs under 48 hours prior to appointment. *I understand life happens. I promise to do my best to work with your situation, if something were to arise.*
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Art and design: I like to get to know my client- their style or what their likes and dislikes are, how the space will be used, favorite colors, etc Organizing: I like to go through an assessment check of what the client is needing. I provide a free 20 minute FaceTime/phone/text assessment in which we discuss what the client’s priorities and have the client provide pictures of their space. In addition, please be aware that we do NOT do garages or outdoor storage containers in the heat! Please schedule these in cooler months. 😁
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Art and design: None- haha. I have 3 science based degrees and 20+ years ago started my second career using the right side of my brain. Through trial and error, on the job training, art courses, and learning from other artisans and contractors, I've become the eclectic whole brain artist/ designer I am today. Organizing: 9 month training and ‘on the job’ training!😁
