FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All prices are negotiable to a certain extent. I try to steer away from too much change so that it is fair across the board for all sessions, but there are circumstances that are unforeseen and extenuating. My biggest issue, as with all services similar to this work is people cancelling on short notice, or no-shows. If there's any chance something can happen, it will, I know this and sympathize. So there's a built in safeguard for that called a deposit. All appointments are secured with a small deposit at the time the appointment is made, then it will be applied to the cost of the session, which is paid immediately prior to the session, and any other fees or discounts applied at that time also. Ask about package deals if you really want to get a great discount on your sessions,
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
All new clients will be required to fill out a typical intake form that lists all medications, illnesses, health concerns, etc. Also I like to get a good feel of what the clients expectations are and have the time to go over a game plan for the issues being worked on. There's a reason you're asking me to help, so let's both make sure we get things started with the right end result in mind. If you're not on the same page as me, there's a good chance you'll expect something I can't do, or worse, I do something you're not fully aware of or change something that was expected and the session is less than the best due to bad communication. So Please ask me whatever you'd like and I will answer your questions the best way I know how.
