I have a variety of legal problems, a (4) year divorce, separating properties, land/ O&G, some illegal arrests, mistreated during arrest and a crooked attorney! And, as you might guess not a lot of lawyers are jumping to help. But Jennifer responded to my request. And, after all I have endured and my family, I was honored that someone with the range of experience and knowledge of so many aspects of law, to say yes, let's take a run at this and she was intrigued by my circumstance! And, to top it off, she offered to do this at a extremely reasonable price! Most people that aren't rich never even get to visit with someone of her caliper!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Shopping for the right lawyer is like shopping for a great pair of heels.....TRY THEM ON FIRST....make sure they don't hurt your feet.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Is it a conflict that requires a professional to intervene. There are several less expensive mechanisms in place to resolve minor disputes. For example, the Dispute Resolution Center offers affordable mediation services to the public. Decide whether you can afford a courthouse battle and the inherent risks associated with litigation. If your fighting over less than 50k, call a licensed mediator to resolve the dispute. Don't call me unless you have a serious claim worth utilizing the time, talent, effort, commitment of a large group of professionals to fully resolve the issue. Remember, everyone over values their claims, just like homeowners always believe their house is worth more than it is when they go to sell. Be realistic about your expectations and research what you are getting yourself into. HOWEVER, IF YOU HAVE BEEN PERSONALLY SERVED OR OTHERWISE SERVED WITH ANY LAWSUIT, CONTACT APPROPRIATE COUNSEL IMMEDIATELY. NEVER ATTEMPT TO HANDLE LITIGATION ON YOUR OWN!!! SPEAK TO A LAWYER AS SOON AS YOU ARE SERVED OR HAVE BEEN GIVEN NOTICE YOU HAVE A CLAIM OR RIGHT TO CLAIM. This statement does not constitute legal advice. Deciding to hire a lawyer is a personal decision that only you can make. Nobody can make it for you. However, think through your issue before expending unnecessary money over a cheap or un collectable dispute.
